We start all new athletes off with a free one hour introduction.

During this time we will show you around the gym, introduce you to our training program and have you do a light workout to assess your movement and fitness level. However, the most important part of the intro is used to discuss your goals, aspirations and possible limitations.

The intro is where you will get a chance to see if Guerrilla CrossFit is right for you. Furthermore, if we feel that you would be better served at a different location or with a different training style we will let you know. There is no pressure to join. We want you to have all of the information and be confident that becoming a Guerrilla is right for you.
