Thank you for starting me down a path of healthier living. Some random encouragement: I lost about 10 pounds initially when I began with CrossFit/Paleo last summer. I plateaued and have been at the same weight for about 6 months. I gave up and stopped getting on the scale to measure my success. Imagine my surprise when I went to buy new pants yesterday and had to go down a size from what I was wearing in the fall! So now, I’m down two full pants sizes from when I began CrossFit. Just wanted to encourage everyone that progress doesn’t always come in the form we expect. I am fitter, stronger, healthier (haven’t been sick all winter!) and happier than I’ve ever been in my adult life. Keep up the good work, everyone and thanks to the whole FWSC team!” Kat H
